ACCUMULATION TABLES
ALIGNERS
The aligners are entirely designed and built by ACMI and can handle cans, bottles and jars or any shape and material. Thanks to a combination of differentiated speed conveyor belts and the use of special chains, the system aligns the products without applying any pressure, thus avoiding abrasions and damage to the containers. The aligners have the same characteristics as the conveyor belts, i.e., a solid steel structure and low-consumption motors.
PALLET CONVEYOR BELTS (ROLLER CONVEYOR BELTS)
The pallet conveyor belts are entirely designed and built by ACMI and are managed by a proprietary algorithm that maximises the transfer speed and guarantees maximum product stability. They are equipped with low-consumption motors and can be equipped with turntables, 90° deviators and automatic wire-guided shuttles.
CRATE CONVEYOR BELTS
The crate conveyor belts produced by ACMI are built with a solid steel structure and are equipped with low-consumption motors. Should it be necessary to process different products on the same line, it is possible to equip the crate conveyor belts with quick-adjusting guide systems in order to speed up the format changeover operations. The crate conveyor belts can be equipped with crate turners, 90° deviators and plate dividers to fully meet all handling needs.
CARTON CONVEYOR BELTS
The carton conveyor belts produced by ACMI are supplied with high-efficiency motors and are equipped with some devices to preserve the cardboard box from rubbing and friction. They are fitted with quick-adjusting guides and, upon request, they can be equipped with automatically adjusting guides and very fast format changeover times. They are managed by proprietary algorithms, which maximise their operating efficiency, and can be equipped with various systems for handling cartons such as pack turners, 90° deviators and plate dividers.
CONTINUOUS PACK DIVIDER
ACMI produces a special very high-speed continuous pack divider, Twisterbox D. By exploiting the basis of the Twisterbox, the well-known continuous layer formation system, and replacing the traditional grippers with special grippers, ACMI has succeeded in creating a continuous pack divider system for high-capacity lines.
