TRAYMAX HS

Traymax HS is a high-speed continuous tray former capable of reaching a production of 15 trays per minute, 45,000 2-litre bottles per hour, and of handling cardboard trays of 600×400, 600×800 and 600×1000 mm. Compared to the robotic solution, Traymax HS guarantees greater stability of the packaged product as it builds the tray around the product layer by means of a continuous, smooth and linear movement. It is suitable for packaging glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, jars and duopacks (packs of two PET bottles).

TRAYMAX S

This is a medium-high speed robotic palletising system consisting of the Condor robot and the Twisterbox layer formation system. The simple construction, the great accessibility guaranteed by the robotic structure and the openable platform palletising head make this machine the ideal solution for lines with medium-high production speeds. The system can be configured without the Twisterbox layer formation, but with a traditional infeed when the Condor P136 palletiser has to be inserted on production lines with lower speeds.

CONDOR P220

Condor P220 is a robotic system with a tray former function equipped with a special pick-up head for loose bottles. Unlike the continuous tray formers of the Traymax series, Condor P220 produces trays of bottles with an alternating cycle movement. This system can handle both cardboard and plastic trays and is characterised by a great flexibility of application.
